Motorcyclist killed in Rangiriri crash
A motorcyclist was killed after a crash on the Waikato Expressway near Rangiriri, north of Huntly, about 7.30pm yesterday.
Another person was taken to Waikato hospital in a moderate condition.
It was the latest in a series of fatal accidents over the weekend.
Seven people died on North Island roads, including five motorcyclists, while more than a dozen people have been injured.
