The Live Large school holiday experience is on again this year.

Earlybirds can save by enrolling children for the leadership development and camping experience before December 7.

Organised by the Waikato Institute for Leisure and Sport, the five-day adventure comprises day trips and a three-day authentic Kiwi camping stay.

The December 17-21 programme places emphasis on empowering children aged between 11 and 13 to realise their strengths and maximise their potential in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Monday and Tuesday takes children to a natural history museum, stardome, outdoor skill avtivity and paint balling while the camp teaches the basics, some challenges and self sufficiency.
